Member Communications and Campaign Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Member Communications and Campaign Strategist to join our team at Legal & General. As a key member of our marketing function, you will be responsible for developing and delivering member communication materials and engagement campaigns that support workplace members and schemes throughout the end-to-end member lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Deliver Campaigns: Develop and implement campaigns and communications that support contact and engagement strategies for members, working efficiently and within budget and timescales, while observing brand guidelines and tone of voice to ensure customer-centricity at all times.
- Collaborate with Agencies: Work with creative agencies and third-party suppliers to deliver materials and ensure they meet commercial and business targets.
- Track and Analyze Campaigns: Ensure appropriate tracking and reporting is in place to enable us to collate, analyze, and interpret campaign management information and insight, maximizing the effectiveness of communications and campaigns.
- Utilize Customer Insight: Utilize customer/member insight, analytics, and data to review feedback and improve activities undertaken to create effective communications that deliver key messages and support commercial objectives.
- Implement Campaign Creation: Implement campaign and communication creation across all appropriate channels and within tight timeframes, with robust test and learn activity to learn and evolve campaigns to maximize their impact.
- Build Stakeholder Relationships: Build effective relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, by working collaboratively to leverage expertise and understand requirements.
- Compliance and Risk: Work within our appropriate risk and compliance framework and demonstrate key behaviors of a professional, supportive, and engaging marketing function to ensure communications and campaign activity adheres to Group risk framework.
- Numerate with Strong Analytical Skills: Numerate with strong analytical skills and evidence of budgetary management.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Good with people and able to clearly and confidently communicate and influence with key stakeholders at all levels.
- Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects to tight timescales, with good organizational and project management skills.
- Adaptability: Able to adapt to and work with change, in a fast-growing division and marketing function.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal skills, able to produce copy to publication standards.
- Customer Contact Strategies: An understanding of customer contact/engagement strategies.
- IT Skills: Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant software packages.
- Experience in Marketing: Experience of designing and delivering consumer-facing communications plans and activities.
- Agency Experience: Experience of working with creative agencies and providing appropriate briefing, management, and creative evaluation.
- Financial Services Experience: Preferably considerable experience of working within a financial services organization or financial services clients.
