Member Communications and Campaigns Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Member Communications and Client Campaigns Executive to join our team at Legal & General. As a key member of our marketing function, you will play a crucial role in developing, maintaining, and testing regulated communication materials across all our schemes.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Deliver Communications: Design and support the development of communication materials across all schemes, ensuring they align with our contact and engagement strategies for members.
- Manage Client Requests: Manage email campaigns and other client requests, ensuring that all communications are approved in line with regulation.
- Drive Member Outcomes: Apply learning, behavioural science, and insight from tests to enhance and improve member outcomes.
- Collaborate with Agencies: Work with agencies and third-party suppliers to deliver materials, ensuring they meet commercial and business targets.
- Analyse and Report: Create and contribute to the analysis and reporting of the effectiveness of communications and campaigns, optimising their effectiveness and improving member experience.
- Utilise Customer Insight: Utilise customer insight, analytics, and data to create effective communications that deliver key messages and support commercial objectives.
- Review and Improve: Review printed stock levels with third parties, manage version control, and ensure minimal stock waste.
- Build Stakeholder Relationships: Build effective relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, ensuring our behaviours are always demonstrated.
- Compliance and Risk: Work within our risk and compliance framework, demonstrating key behaviours of a professional, supportive, and engaging marketing function.
- Marketing and Communications Education: Marketing and/or communications education desired, but not essential if equivalent experience.
- Numerate and Analytical Skills: Numerate with strong analytical skills and evidence of budgetary management.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal skills, able to produce copy to publication standards.
- IT Skills: Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant software packages.
- Experience in Marketing: Experience of designing and delivering consumer-facing communications, working with creative agencies, and providing briefing, management, and creative evaluation.
- Financial Services Experience: Preferably experience of working within a financial services marketing/communications team or equivalent.
