We are seeking an enthusiastic professional to take on the role of Client Engagement and Communications Manager. In this pivotal position, you will be tasked with crafting and executing communication materials and engagement initiatives that promote optimal member experiences while fulfilling the commercial objectives of our Workplace division and broader organization. By utilizing member insights and data analytics, you will enhance communications and campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
Your Responsibilities:- Creating and implementing campaigns and communications that align with member engagement strategies, ensuring efficiency and timely execution while adhering to brand standards and customer focus.
- Partnering with external agencies and vendors to develop materials that achieve business goals within budget constraints.
- Establishing tracking and reporting systems to evaluate campaign performance and enhance member results.
- Applying customer insights and data to refine communication efforts and convey essential messages that support business aims.
- Formulating communication strategies across multiple channels, incorporating testing and learning approaches to maximize effectiveness.
- Fostering strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to leverage expertise and fulfill requirements.
- Working within the risk and compliance framework to ensure all activities comply with the Group's risk policies.
- Building connections with key stakeholders to drive optimal outcomes for both our organization and our clients.
