We are seeking a highly skilled Member Communications and Client Campaign Executive to join our team at Legal & General. As a key member of our marketing function, you will play a crucial role in developing, maintaining, and testing regulated communication materials across all schemes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Communication Strategies: Design and deliver communication materials that support our contact and engagement strategies for members, working efficiently and observing brand guidelines within budget and timescale.
- Collaborate with Agencies and Suppliers: Work with external agencies and suppliers to deliver materials that meet commercial and business targets, ensuring that they are delivering to brief and to budget.
- Analyze and Report Campaign Effectiveness: Create and contribute to the analysis and reporting of the effectiveness of our communications and campaigns, optimizing our activity and improving member experience.
- Utilize Customer Insight and Analytics: Leverage customer insight, analytics, and data to create effective communications that deliver our key messages and support commercial objectives.
- Manage Stock Levels and Version Control: Review and manage printed stock levels with third parties, ensuring correct version control, competitive quotes, and minimizing stock waste.
- Build Stakeholder Relationships: Develop effective relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, across L&G Retail and Group, ensuring our behaviors are always demonstrated and expertise is utilized.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Work within our risk and compliance framework, demonstrating key behaviors of a professional, supportive, and engaging marketing function, ensuring communications meet required regulations.
- Marketing and Communications Education: Desired but not essential if equivalent experience.
- Numerate and Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with evidence of budgetary management.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong written and verbal skills, and ability to produce copy to publication standards.
- IT Skills: Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant software packages.
- Experience in Marketing and Communications: Experience of designing and delivering consumer-facing communications, working with creative agencies, and providing briefing, management, and creative evaluation.
- Financial Services Experience: Preferably experience of working within a financial services marketing/communications team or equivalent.
