Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Member Communications and Client Campaign Manager to develop and deliver effective member communication materials and engagement campaigns that support workplace members and schemes throughout the member lifecycle.

This role will involve designing and delivering campaigns and communications that align with our contact and engagement strategies, working efficiently and within budget and timescales, while observing brand guidelines and Tone of Voice to ensure customer centricity at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Designing and delivering campaigns and communications that support the contact and engagement strategies for members
  • Working with agencies and third-party suppliers to deliver materials and ensure they meet commercial and business targets
  • Ensuring appropriate tracking and reporting is in place to enable us to collate, analyse and interpret campaign management information and insight
  • Utilising customer/member insight, analytics and data to review feedback and improve activities undertaken
  • Implementing campaign and communication creation across all appropriate channels and within tight timeframes
  • Building effective relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally
  • Working within our appropriate risk and compliance framework

Requirements

  • Marketing or business-related degree or equivalent experience
  • Numerate with strong analytical skills and evidence of budgetary management
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects to tight timescales
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-growing division and marketing function
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal skills
  • IT skills – excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant software packages
