About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Assurance Specialist to join our team at Elysium Healthcare. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Data Management: Submit weekly data into our internal reporting system for Enhanced Observations, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Extra Packages Care Processing: Process and manage Extra Packages Care, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our clients.
  • Commissioner Liaison: Liaise with commissioners to ensure prompt response to funding requests, maintaining strong relationships and resolving any queries or issues.
  • Quality and Availability of Data: Liaise with healthcare professionals to resolve any queries or issues related to the quality and availability of data, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Site Administration: Work with the Management Team and Site to cover Finance Admin colleague duties, ensuring seamless site operations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to cover site administrative functions, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
Requirements
  • Proven Finance Experience: Proven work experience as a finance administrator or similar, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Excel Skills: Working knowledge of MS Excel, including creating spreadsheets, charts, and using financial Excel functions.
  • Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and processes, ensuring seamless integration into our team.
  • Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work well in a team environment, with upper management, and collaborate effectively to achieve shared goals.
  • Critical Thinking: High level of critical thinking and logical analysis, with the ability to identify and resolve complex financial issues.
  • Organizational Skills: Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Compliance: Ability to maintain the highest standards of compliance and confidentiality, ensuring the integrity of our financial data.
