Revenue Assurance Specialist

Job Summary:
Venn Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Revenue Assurance Administrator to support our services by ensuring the accurate capture of billing information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and verify site invoice submissions to ensure compliance with corporate and funder guidelines.
- Resolve and escalate queries from the central mailbox in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate with sites to gather additional billing information as needed, utilizing strong organizational and time management skills.
- Report on team performance and statistics to inform business decisions.
- Organize meetings and training calls for team members to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Advise sites on chargeability in line with corporate and funder guidelines, demonstrating expertise in financial operations.
- Support Revenue Assurance Officers with additional tasks as required, showcasing adaptability and a commitment to excellence.
Requirements:
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, including creating spreadsheets, charts, and using financial functions.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and processes, with a strong desire to continuously improve.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards of compliance and confidentiality.
