Job Summary:

Venn Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Revenue Assurance Administrator to support our services by ensuring the accurate capture of billing information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify site invoice submissions to ensure compliance with corporate and funder guidelines.
  • Resolve and escalate queries from the central mailbox in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate with sites to gather additional billing information as needed, utilizing strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Report on team performance and statistics to inform business decisions.
  • Organize meetings and training calls for team members to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Advise sites on chargeability in line with corporate and funder guidelines, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Support Revenue Assurance Officers with additional tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Requirements:

  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, including creating spreadsheets, charts, and using financial functions.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and processes, with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards of compliance and confidentiality.
