We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Assurance Specialist to join our team at Elysium Healthcare. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data.
Key Responsibilities- Submit weekly data into our internal reporting system for Enhanced Observations
- Process Extra Packages Care and ensure timely completion
- Liaise with commissioners to respond to funding requests and ensure compliance
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to resolve quality and data-related queries
- Work closely with the Management Team and cover Finance Admin duties as needed
- Contribute to site administrative functions and support team members
- Proven experience as a finance administrator or similar role
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, including creating spreadsheets, charts, and financial functions
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and processes
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong team player with excellent upper management relationships
- High level of critical thinking and logical analysis
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of compliance and confidentiality
- Annual salary of £25,000- £30,000 plus benefits
