About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to work on a one-to-one basis with pupils in a small Secondary Academy in Grantham. The successful candidate will have direct experience with challenging behaviour, training for physical interventions, and experience working with complex needs.

The school provides an inclusive, holistic learning environment for vulnerable children, with a focus on increasing opportunities for those with turbulent education journeys. As a Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our pupils and their families.
