Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Catering Supervisor to join our Business & Industry division at Leeds Bradford Airport. As a Catering Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing catering and dining services, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage catering operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Monitor and improve service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in catering or hospitality management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and health and safety protocols.
