Job Overview:

Your primary responsibilities as the Catering Supervisor will include:

  • Effectively managing the team, assisting in recruitment, and providing continuous support, training, and development.
  • Ensuring robust team communications, fostering internal relationships, management reporting, and client liaison to uphold operational excellence.
  • Keeping the team informed about current product and service knowledge.
  • Overseeing and supporting compliance with COSHH, Health & Safety, Hygiene, and Food Safety regulations, while reporting any incidents according to procedures.
  • Managing, ordering, and controlling food inventory within budgetary constraints.

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours/week

The ideal candidate for the Catering Supervisor role should possess:

  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Demonstrated experience as a team leader.
  • Essential experience in the catering industry.
