About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Catering Supervisor to join our team at Elior. As a Catering Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of catering staff to deliver high-quality food and beverage services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of catering staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food production.
  • Develop and implement menus and food service plans to meet customer needs and preferences.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
  • Monitor and maintain food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a catering or food service management role.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe environment.
