We will represent the most influential and diverse communities and independent publishers on social media, ranging from mass cultural pages to identity-centric communities.

THE ROLE:

We are seeking a passionate and inquisitive media sales professional who is dedicated to making a positive impact in the industry, with a solid understanding of cultural sensitivities. Ideally, you will have a background in partnerships (either agency or publisher) and a keen interest in the social media landscape. This role will involve collaborating closely with our CEO and Co-Founder to establish a strong presence in the UK advertising market, utilizing key relationships to generate commercial opportunities.

  • Collaborate with the founders to define a clear commercial strategy for LOOP, driving briefs and revenue for leading global brands and agencies.
  • Introduce the LOOP proposition to the UK market, engaging with clients and key agency stakeholders across major and independent agency groups to enhance awareness and secure revenue in the first year.
  • Organize agency and client presentation sessions and other industry opportunities to communicate LOOP's value proposition.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of commercial opportunities across our three primary sales propositions: Distribution, Partnerships, and Insights.
  • Ensure high levels of communication and transparency with the founders, managing a self-generated pipeline and revenue forecasts.
  • Proactively identify and pursue client and industry relationships to optimize revenue and opportunities, collaborating with various agency teams (planning, performance, partnerships, etc.).
  • Act as LOOP's external ambassador, engaging with key partners and the broader advertising community to drive company growth and internal development, participating in industry events both formal and informal.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:

As a newly established business, we aim to secure new partnerships quickly while maintaining realistic expectations. Success will be measured by the volume of briefs and opportunities you can generate, as well as the quality of meetings with potential future partners.

Both founders possess strong industry relationships at senior levels that they will leverage to support you throughout the sales process. We are fortunate to have secured a minimum of two years of seed funding, so we are looking for a candidate with whom we can build and grow alongside as a business.
