The Global Head of Regulatory Affairs will lead the development and implementation of regulatory strategies to support Gowan's global business objectives. This role will be responsible for managing relationships with regulatory authorities, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and providing guidance on regulatory matters to cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
-------------------

* Develop and implement global regulatory strategies to support business objectives
* Manage relationships with regulatory authorities, including the US EPA, European Union, and Latin America
* Provide guidance on regulatory matters to cross-functional teams, including R&D, Supply, Quality, and Manufacturing
* Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
* Collaborate with Business Development to guide new product selection and with Development to synchronize new product advancement
* Represent regulatory positions and strategies on Asset Teams

Requirements
------------

* Minimum of bachelor's degree in science or a related field; Masters in a science or regulatory discipline or Doctorate preferred
* Extensive experience (at least 15 years) in regulatory affairs with a strong focus on global strategy and multi-year planning in the pesticide industry
* Effective verbal and written communication skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to lead and influence individuals and cross-functional teams
* Proactive and adaptable, capable of driving innovation in regulatory practices
