Job Title: Engineering Centre Workshop Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Centre Workshop Manager to lead our Engineering Workshop Team and deliver operational excellence.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Engineering Centre, including people management, quality of delivery, apprentice/learner experience, and funding/quality compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Engineering Workshop Team to deliver operational excellence
  • Manage people, quality of delivery, apprentice/learner experience, and funding/quality compliance
  • Support the Engineering Delivery Manager with day-to-day management
  • Develop and implement operational business plans
  • Disseminate statistical business and performance data
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Strong time-management and organisational skills
