Compliance Officer

Network Healthcare is seeking a Compliance Officer to join our team in Swindon. This is a part-time role, 16 hours a week, working Tuesday to Friday, 1pm to 5pm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with all care services regulations and standards.
  • Conduct staff supervisions and provide feedback.
  • Ensure staff are aware of company policies and procedures, as well as Care Standard regulations.
  • Support the office team to promote a collaborative work environment.
  • Liaise with the Care Quality Assessor to ensure reviews are completed on time.
Requirements:
  • A car driver is essential for this role.
