Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Compliance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring our business adheres to safety, quality assurance, and technical competence standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct targeted site visits to assess compliance with LOLER, Fire, DSEAR, PUWER, PSSR, and L8-Legionella regulations.
  • Coordinate and oversee contractor quality audits, liaising with relevant contract managers.
  • Provide timely reports to WL2 Compliance managers and support regular updates on changes to company safe systems of work.
  • Manage and deliver legal compliance regulations within an engineering environment.
  • Administer IT and Microsoft Office skills to support compliance activities.
  • Collaborate with external regulatory bodies and promote continuous improvement awareness and implementation.
