Senior Structural Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality structural designs and solutions to our clients in the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop structural solutions for a variety of projects, including residential and commercial developments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in structural engineering, preferably in a consulting practice.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in software such as Tekla Structural Designer and AutoCAD.
