Job Title: Senior Structural Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing structural solutions for a variety of projects, including residential and commercial developments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop structural solutions for projects, including timber, concrete, masonry, and steel structures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our services.
Requirements:
  • Chartered Structural Engineer (CEng) or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably in a consulting practice.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
