Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient inventory management, and effective visual merchandising.
  • Customer Service: Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring a positive shopping experience, resolving customer complaints, and implementing customer feedback.
  • Commercial Acumen: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  • Team Development: Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting collaboration, open communication, and employee engagement.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven track record of success in a retail management role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
