Job Title: Store Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Zachary Daniels. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals and driving sales growth in our stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and experience a positive shopping environment.
  • Sales Growth: Analyze sales data and develop plans to increase sales and drive revenue growth.
  • Store Operations: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Training and Development: Provide coaching and training to team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Profit Protection: Implement strategies to protect profit margins and reduce costs.
  • Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date with competitor activity and develop plans to stay ahead in the market.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to analyze data and develop plans, experience with inventory management and visual merchandising.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: £33,000 per annum.
