Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Assist customers with purchases, answering questions and providing product information.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and stock management activities to ensure a visually appealing store display.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services, making recommendations to customers as needed.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong numeracy and computer literacy skills, with experience of operating a cash register and handling cash transactions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Previous experience in a retail or sales environment, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Manual handling skills, with the ability to lift weights of up to 15kg.
