About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Team Leader to join our successful Card Factory team. As a Team Leader, you will play a key part in driving the success of our stores by supporting your Store Manager in achieving commercial growth and developing a team culture that puts the customer at the heart of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in achieving commercial growth and developing a team culture that prioritizes customer experience.
  • Lead the store team in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring great standards and exceptional service are delivered every day.
  • Review store performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive team culture that encourages collaboration and open communication.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to develop and implement operational strategies that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

The Ideal Candidate

  • You will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • You will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their best.
  • You will be commercially minded, with a strong understanding of business operations and the ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • You will be an engaging and enthusiastic team player, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop.
