With a real focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction, our Team Leaders play a key part in driving the success of our stores. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting your Store Manager in their goals to delivering commercial growth and developing a team culture of putting the customer at the heart of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in achieving commercial growth and operational excellence.
  • Develop a team culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction and experience.
  • Lead the team to deliver great standards and exceptional service every day.
  • Review store performance data to inform business decisions.
  • Drive a commercially-minded approach to store operations.
  • Engage and motivate team members to achieve their full potential.
