Leadership Opportunity for Children's Home Registered Manager

Vetro Recruitment is seeking an experienced Children's Home Registered Manager to lead a team of staff members and oversee two residential homes for children with Emotional Behavioural Disorders (EBD).

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of staff members to provide high-quality care and support to children and young people.
  • Maintain high standards of care and adhere to OFSTED regulations.
  • Manage the budget and recruitment process to ensure the smooth operation of the homes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the well-being and outcomes of the children and young people in care.

Requirements:

  • Level 5 in Leadership and Management or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in a similar managerial role, preferably in a children's home setting.
  • Passion for supporting young people and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
