About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Registered Manager to join our client's team at their OFSTED Children's Residential Care home. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality care is delivered to the service users, while managing your team to achieve the Quality Standards, Children's Homes' Regulations, and the Ofsted Inspection Framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure effective recording and reporting within regulation guidelines
  • Focus on safeguarding the children under your care
  • Promote Trauma-Informed, effective, safe, and holistic practices
  • Manage behaviours that challenge
Requirements
  • Minimum QCF Level 5 in Children and Young Peoples Workforce or equivalent
  • Full UK driving license with access to own vehicle
  • Flexibility to work what is required to ensure the home is always compliant with staffing
