About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Emergency Nurse Practitioner to join our team at the Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust. As a Band 7 Emergency Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading the team in delivering excellent patient-centered care.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the Emergency Department team
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
- Conduct clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives
- Lead the team in delivering excellent patient care and achieving Trust goals
- Develop and maintain relationships with other healthcare professionals and stakeholders
Requirements
- Current NMC registration
- Post-registration experience within the specialty at a senior level
- Evidence of professional/specialist clinical and managerial expertise and knowledge acquired through CPD and experience
- Evidence of leadership, management, and team development at clinical level
- Evidence of involvement and leadership in teaching and mentoring learners
