The Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Emergency Nurse to join our team as a Band 7 Nurse Practitioner. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, where you will have the chance to develop your leadership skills and contribute to the delivery of excellent patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care and lead by example in the Emergency Department
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve departmental goals and objectives
- Conduct clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff members
- Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse or Midwife
- Post-registration experience within the specialty at a senior level
- Evidence of professional and specialist clinical and managerial expertise
- Leadership and management experience at clinical level
- Post-basic qualification in specialty (desirable)
