We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Emergency Nurse to join our team at the Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust. As a Band 7 Emergency Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our Emergency Department.
Main Responsibilities- Provide expert clinical care to patients in the Emergency Department, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Lead and manage a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care.
- Develop and implement protocols and clinical guidelines to improve patient outcomes and reduce wait times.
- Collaborate with other departments and services to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
- Contribute to the development of the Emergency Department's strategic plan and implement changes to improve patient care and staff experience.

Requirements- Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse or Midwife.
- Post-registration experience in emergency care at a senior level.
- Leadership and management experience, including team development and coaching.
- Post-basic qualification in emergency care or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
