Job Title: Deputy Head of Physiotherapy Services

Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum + benefits and relocation bonus

Contract: Permanent

Meditalent Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced physiotherapist to join our client's team as Deputy Head of Physiotherapy Services. As a senior member of the physiotherapy department, you will play a key role in shaping and guiding the service to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert physiotherapy assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and advice to patients in the outpatient department and/or ward
  • Develop and implement individualised treatment plans that meet the needs of patients
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Support the Head of Physiotherapy in leading, planning, developing, and assessing the physiotherapy service
  • Promote change and implement solutions to ensure high standards of patient-focused service delivery and cost-effectiveness

Requirements:

  • HCPC-registered, chartered physiotherapist
  • Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent
  • Ability to work autonomously while being an effective team player
  • Previous experience working in a hospital setting
  • Ideally, 5 years of post-qualification physiotherapy experience
  • Extensive experience in supervision and line management of qualified and unqualified staff
