Job Summary

This is a Sales & Ops role within the beauty industry, offering a wonderful opportunity to join the launch of a new Korean beauty brand onto the global stage. The ideal candidate will have FMCG or cosmetics experience and a proven track record of launching products internationally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Form strong personal relationships with retailers to drive sales and growth.
  • Deliver in-store training to beauty advisors to ensure product knowledge and sales skills are up-to-date.
  • Ensure products are placed correctly in-store and create promotional plans to drive sales.
  • Manage stock forecasts, orders, and shipments to ensure sufficient inventory levels.

Product Launch

  • Closely work with external marketing agencies to create a cosmetics marketing strategy targeting retail clients.
  • Plan and execute product launches, tracking and measuring success using Google analytics.
  • Analyze sales statistics to identify best-sellers and most profitable ranges.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and monitoring of warehouse stock levels.

Marketing and Awareness

  • Plan and execute product marketing campaigns to drive awareness and sales.
  • Use social media to drive product awareness and engage with customers.
  • Ensure all website information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Research category trends to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements

  • Conversational Korean language skills.
  • FMCG or cosmetics industry experience.
  • Account management skills.
  • Degree in a relevant field.
