Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver 3rd Line Technical Support and serve as an escalation point for lower-tier support teams.
  • Collaborate with 1st and 2nd Line support teams to ensure prompt resolution of technical issues.
  • Perform root cause analysis and develop documentation for recurring technical challenges.
  • Demonstrate proven experience in a 2nd or 3rd line support capacity within an IT Services environment.
  • Exhibit strong proficiency in both Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Possess experience with networking technologies, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and firewalls.
  • Show expertise in Active Directory, Office 365, and Exchange.
  • Hold relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified).
