About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Finance to join our team at Robertson Bell Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the financial strategy and growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to support the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present regular financial reports to the Executive Committee and Board, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
  • Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial guidance and oversight to the Global Finance team, ensuring effective financial management and control.
  • Grant Management: Oversee the management of grants and project finances, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and optimal use of resources.
  • Financial Systems and Processes: Develop and implement financial systems and processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and transparency.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: ACA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent accounting qualification.
  • Experience: Proven experience in financial leadership, financial planning and analysis, and grant management in a non-profit or commercial organization.
  • International Experience: Experience working in an international environment, with a strong understanding of cultural and logistical challenges.
  • Skills: Excellent financial planning and analysis skills, with the ability to develop and implement financial models, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a finance team.
