Practice Manager Position

As a Senior Manager at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our accountancy practice, ensuring smooth workflows and efficient team management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operational management: Overseeing the management of our accountancy practice, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Team leadership and management: Managing a team of accountants, admin staff, and other professionals, providing leadership and mentorship when required.
- Client relationship management: Serving as the point of contact for a portfolio of clients, managing client relationships and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Financial management: Monitoring and managing the practice's financial performance, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Business Development Support: Supporting partners in business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities and contributing to the growth of the practice.
- HR Management: Overseeing the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Reporting and communication: Providing regular operational and financial reports to the partners, ensuring effective communication and transparency.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- ACCA or ACA qualified.
- Previous accountancy practice experience, with a minimum of 7 years experience.
- Experience in a management position within an accountancy practice.
- Able to commute to either Horsham or Brighton.
- Excellent communication, organisational, interpersonal, leadership, and management skills.
