Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Engagement: Work closely with senior management and partners to develop and execute strategic engagement activities that support our business goals.
  2. Internal Communications: Take primary responsibility for managing our internal newsletters, blogs, and updates, including sourcing, drafting, and editing content.
  3. Campaign Management: Project manage internal campaigns to promote client wins and partner activity.
  4. Content Development: Develop and deliver multi-channel internal communications campaigns that engage and inform our team.

Requirements

  1. Rich Understanding: Possess a rich understanding of the discipline of internal engagement and communication.
  2. Market Knowledge: Have a rich understanding of the legal market and its trends.
  3. Editorial Skills: Demonstrate excellent editorial and writing skills, with the ability to adapt to different styles.
  4. House Style: Have a good understanding of house style and tone of voice.
