Bid Management Specialist

AECOM is seeking a highly skilled Bid Analysis Manager to join our team. As a key member of our client account teams, you will play a critical role in gathering intelligence and developing an understanding of capture and positioning activities.
Key Responsibilities- Work with client account teams to gather intelligence and develop an understanding of capture and positioning activities.
- Collaborate with the capture manager to identify technical, work-winning, commercial, and marketing resources required to ensure they are mobilized as needed.
- Coach and train bid teams in the creation of win strategies, writing, and pricing bids.
- Manage legal and bid governance tasks, as well as Executive Boards in line with our pursuit process.
- Oversee the quality element of the bid, answer plan, and review sessions, providing a clear brief of the task to writers and contributors.
- Manage the commercial element of the bid, facilitating relevant workshops such as pricing lessons learned and commercial challenge team reviews.
- Fully understand and communicate the project/framework scope and all bid document content to the bid team.
- Oversee the communication of regular progress updates and identified risks to delivering a winning bid.
- Strong planning, bid management, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to work under pressure, delivering high-quality work consistently against tight deadlines.
- Confidence to liaise effectively with all levels of management, both internally and with clients/prospects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- APMP foundation accredited preferred.
