Key Responsibilities

Lead a small team effectively.

Oversee the development process, including securing grid connections, and managing the planning phases of utility-scale solar PV and BESS projects.

Evaluate grid offers to achieve the most cost-efficient solutions while collaborating with Independent DNOs.

Manage workflows to bring projects to the Ready to Build (RTB) stage and assist in the commercial review of project specifications.

Develop and oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely achievement of critical milestones.

Maintain relationships with grid operators, external contractors (planning, grid support consultants, etc.), and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Required Qualifications:

A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a similar discipline.

At least 5 years of project management experience in the renewable energy field, particularly focusing on solar PV and BESS.

Proficient in electrical design and simulation tools, such as AutoCAD.

Thorough understanding of electrical codes, standards, and regulations pertaining to solar PV and BESS.

Exceptional project management capabilities, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
