Project Controls Engineer - Transport

We are seeking a skilled Project Controls Engineer to join our Transport and Utilities business. As a key member of our Integrated Project Team, you will be responsible for leading cross-discipline teams on low-complexity projects, working closely with project management to communicate project performance, and influencing stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope through identification and management of exclusions, assumptions, interfaces, and dependencies.
  • Establish a robust Performance Measurement Baseline and manage the change control process.
  • Work with suppliers to integrate and analyse their performance data.
  • Perform schedule recovery planning using schedule optimisation and critical path analysis.
  • Ensure scope, cost, risk, and schedule integration and alignment.
  • Work with Risk Management to ensure risks are appropriately identified and managed.
  • Guide Project Management in the deployment of resources in-line with the schedule.
  • Establish effective project governance.
  • Assure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of the Project Controls team's output.
Requirements:
  • Professional Project Controls experience in one or more sectors and in the application of at least one Project Controls discipline.
  • Experience of working in an Integrated Project Team is essential.
  • Experience of working in the transportation and utilities sectors is desirable.
  • Experience in using Project Controls software is desirable.
