Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Controls Manager to join our expanding Transport and Utilities business. As a key member of our Integrated Project Team, you will be responsible for leading a cross-discipline team on low-complexity, low-risk projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate and contextualize project performance to stakeholders
  • Define scope through exclusions, assumptions, interfaces, and dependencies
  • Establish a robust Performance Measurement Baseline and manage change control
  • Collaborate with suppliers to integrate and analyze performance data
  • Perform schedule recovery planning using schedule optimization and critical path analysis
  • Ensure scope, cost, risk, and schedule integration and alignment
  • Generate Cost and Cash Estimate to Complete and Estimate At Complete profiles
  • Manage risks and ensure effective project governance
  • Assure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of the Project Controls team's output
Requirements:
  • Professional Project Controls experience in one or more sectors
  • Appreciation of Integrated Project Controls disciplines
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working in an Integrated Project Team
  • Ability to travel to client sites as required
