United Living Energy is a leading asset maintenance company operating in the UK support services and infrastructure sectors. We design, build, and maintain critical national infrastructure on behalf of UK energy transmission and distribution network owners.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Plant and Transport Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various administrative duties, including placing orders, filling and using software platforms to run reports and achieve compliance with our existing procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Previous experience in the construction, plant hire, or utilities industry is preferred but not essential.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Effective administration, planning, and organization skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience of Business Central software is preferred but not essential.
