About the Role

We are seeking an experienced support worker to join our team in Midlothian. As a support practitioner, you will work with adults with a variety of needs, including learning disabilities, dementia, autism, mental health, and physical disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist service users with daily living tasks and activities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each service user
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high-quality care and support
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to service users
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in care
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Able to reliably commute to Midlothian
  • Willingness to learn and develop your career
  • Caring and compassionate with a genuine interest in helping people
