About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Tyneholm Stables Care Home. As a key member of our nursing team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized care to residents, in line with their individual care plans, and monitor their progress.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
  • Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, identifying physical, psychological, and social needs, and develop care plans to address these.
  • Work collaboratively with the nursing team to ensure seamless care delivery and promote a positive, supportive environment.

Requirements
  • Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
