Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our dedicated care home teams across the country. As a nurse at HC-One, you will build on your existing skill set, practicing in a nurse-led environment, developing complex decision-making and collaborative skills. You will make a difference to our Residents at a time of their life when they may feel the most vulnerable, and they will look to you to guide and support them in life-changing decisions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to our Residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with our multidisciplinary teams.
  • Contribute to the development of our care home teams, sharing your knowledge and expertise to enhance the quality of care we provide.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest best practices and research in nursing care.

About You

We are looking for a Registered Nurse with a valid Pin number and a passion for delivering person-centered care. You will have a strong commitment to your profession, adhering to the standards of practice set by the NMC. You will be able to recognize the signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and know what to do if you have any concerns.
