This role involves full-time support for primary educational institutions within the Falkirk Cluster.
Falkirk Council is on the lookout for dedicated professionals who are passionate about providing exceptional support to children and young individuals.
The guiding framework for Falkirk schools is encapsulated in the document titled Learning to Achieve. This was collaboratively developed by a diverse group including headteachers, educators, early years specialists, support personnel, parents, students, and various stakeholders.
It clearly outlines our expectations for staff, emphasizing the importance of being practitioners who:

- actively pursue professional development opportunities to enhance their expertise
- employ innovative and adaptable strategies to cater to the diverse needs of learners
- utilize contemporary educational insights to guide their methodologies
