Position: Supportive Care Specialist
Compensation: £23,920.00 annually
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent (40 hours per week - 2 on 4 off)
Location: Shrewsbury, Shropshire
Requirements: A valid UK driving licence, access to a personal vehicle, and the Right to Work in the UK
At Outcomes First Group, we prioritize the well-being of our young individuals, and thus, the welfare of our staff is equally important. Joining our team means you will receive a competitive salary package that includes:
- Base Salary: £23,920.00 annually
- Sleep-in shifts compensated at £45.00 per night
We are looking for a dedicated Supportive Care Specialist to join our residential care team, providing a nurturing and supportive atmosphere for the young individuals in our care.
In this role, you will be involved in managing daily operations, offering guidance and support to team members, and ensuring the well-being and development of the young people entrusted to you.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A genuine passion for making a positive impact on the lives of the residents.
- Patience, resilience, and a calm demeanor.
Our residential facility accommodates up to 4 young individuals, supporting those aged 7-18 in building promising futures by providing opportunities and fostering their life skills and personal interests.
This facility is located in Shrewsbury and is accessible from nearby areas.
Our homes are characterized by a friendly and enjoyable environment. While challenges may arise, our commitment is to create rewarding experiences for both the young people we care for and our dedicated team.
