Salesforce Digital Marketing and Strategy Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Digital Marketing and Strategy Specialist to join our team at Contechs Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and mobile.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement customer journey maps and digital customer experience strategies.
  • Analyze customer data and behavior to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and develop marketing strategies that align with these goals.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and CRM, with a focus on the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis, segmentation methods, and data protection legislation.
  • Excellent project planning and process skills, with the ability to adapt to a wide scope of activities and projects.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and multiple channels to maintain a consistent 1:1 message.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive hourly rate of £31.00, paid through an umbrella company.
  • A 13-month rolling contract, with opportunities for extension.
