Job Title: Senior Buyer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Buyer to join our team at Randstad Tech IT. As a Senior Buyer, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring goods and services for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of markets and supply chains to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure supply chain resilience.
  • Supplier Selection: Identify and engage with qualified suppliers, maintaining strong relationships to ensure optimal sourcing outcomes.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Execute complex sourcing strategies that align with our business goals, ensuring the best possible cost, quality, and supplier relationships.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with peers and stakeholders to support business objectives, such as securing supply, reducing complexity, and meeting financial targets.
  • Process Improvement: Participate in developing and refining sourcing and commodity strategies, ensuring that our processes are efficient and consistently applied.
  • Leadership: Lead analysis projects, providing guidance and coaching to less experienced team members, and presenting actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate select contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements with suppliers.
  • Compliance: Ensure all sourcing activities adhere to relevant policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
