Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Manager to support the development and lead the programme management of a portfolio of projects aligned to diocesan and national church outcomes. The successful candidate will have a strong desire to shape and embed new systems, processes, and approaches to enhance Christian mission and ministry in the diocese.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Framework Development: Support the development of a strategic framework to enhance Christian mission and ministry in the diocese.
  • Governance Framework Facilitation: Facilitate the effective functioning of a governance framework for our programme.
  • Day-to-Day Management: Day-to-day management of the programme, including proactively monitoring individual projects and overall progress, coordinating and facilitating day-to-day implementation of work, resource procurement, and impact analysis.
  • Funding Applications: Contribute to the completion of successful funding applications to support the programme.
