About the Role

Catch Resource Management is seeking a highly skilled Dynamics CE Functional Support Specialist to join our team on a permanent basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients in the UK, focusing on Field Service and Sales & Marketing implementations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Business Operations: Collaborate with the IT team to identify and diagnose issues in Field Service, Power Automate, Logic Apps, and Dual Write, proposing solutions and fixes to ensure seamless integration between F&O and CE.
  • Implement Solutions: Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement, document new or existing requirements, and implement solutions in D365 CE.
  • Optimize Current Solutions: Manage requests for new functionality, propose solutions that minimize system customization, and support adoption of new functionality introduced with platform updates.
  • Develop Strong Relationships: Collaborate with data, security, and reporting teams for daily support queries, and develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders from the business.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in providing 1st line support for D365 CE
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage team adoption of standard product
  • Good understanding of technical documents and business rules, requirements gathering, definition, and validation
  • Great problem-solving and organization skills
  • Experience with DevOps and Power Platform is preferred
